Food trucks have become a popular thing on the streets these days, and I'm so excited to see them parked and open for business in Destin. I came across this one totally by mistake, and once we saw the name we had to find out MORE. Alligator Pear is another name for avocado, and to me that's just another name for butter....meaning delicious :) I lost count on how many times I've eaten here already, as the food is amazing and the couple that runs it is super sweet. My favorite item is the Carnita Torta and the Watermelon Tea is the icing on top. Right now the truck is parked East of Beach Liquors, in Destin, beside the Track, but being mobile they could possibly change locations due to change of seasons. This is definitely a stop you don't want to miss!
